Jake E’s Riding Round Up Founder and Director Jana Ewing Syvrud speaks to church groups, Sunday School classes, and civic organizations. Jana is an ordinary woman who is doing extraordinary things because of her great God!

Jana was raised in a Christian home, married while in college and taught in the public school system for seventeen years until she became a stay at home mom. Her life was near perfect until suddenly, unexpectedly her life was changed forever. Jana experienced a great tragedy in April of 2010 when she lost her 3 1/2 year-old-son Jacob Eli in an accident. It was during this life-altering experience that Psalm 118:17 rose up in Jana’s spirit and became her lifeline. She would not have chosen her story, yet God did for her. She is determined to live and not die, and declares the works of the Lord with her speaking outreach. She covers topics such as her personal testimony, dealing with personal grief, turning pain into a peaceful project and much more.
